MANTAS LEONARDO LIZZI

Mantas Leonardo Lizzi was born on 26 February 2005 in Milan. Since 2010 he has
been studying at Palanga St. Vainiūnas Art school in accordion class of prof. Nijolė Daukšienė.
Mantas is only 15 years old, but he has already participated in 65 national and
international music competitions in Croatia, Serbia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy,
Austria, Germany, Poland, Latvia, Belarus, Ukraine and Lithuania and has won only the
highest awards: 45 Grand Prix and First Prizes.
For his achievements in music field in 2017 Mantas received a scholarship „Lietuvos
Maximalistas" („Lithuanian Maximalist") for gifted and talented Lithuanian students.
Since 2018 Mantas Leonardo Lizzi has been supported by the Mstislav Rostropovich
Charity and Support Foundation „Support for the Children of Lithuania".
 Performing actively as a soloist and a member of his art school orchestra, Mantas also
plays chamber music and participates in various formations, duos and different groups.
He is able to show the possibilities of his instrument in a repertoire that ranges from the
Renaissance to the present.
